آشنایی با رشته MBA

رشته تحصیلی MBA در حدود ده سال است که در دانشگاه های ایران تدریس می‌شود و اخیرا نیز با استقبال بسیار خوبی مواجه شده است. MBA مخفف عبارت Master of Business Administrator می‌باشد و دارای گرایش‌های متعددی می‌باشد که دانشجویان در سال دوم تحصیل می‌توانند گرایش مورد نظر خود را برای ادامه تحصیل در این رشته برگزینند. MBA یکی از پرطرفدارترین و پر سودترین رشته های تحصیلی است و برای تحصیل در آن شما با هر مدرک لیسانسی می‌توانید در آزمون‌های مربوطه ثبت نام کنید.
رشته MBA به دلیل تفاوت‌های ماهیتی از ظاهر آسان و جذابی نسبت به سایر رشته های برخوردار است ولی در عمل برای موفقیت در کنکور و تحصیل در آن نیازمند توانمندی‌های هوشی و ذاتی خواهید بود که می‌تواند تضمین کننده موفقیت یا شکست شما در این رشته باشد.
رشته MBA در کنکور سراسری کارشناسی ارشد ایران جزو رشته های قرار گرفته که افراد می‌توانند بدون توجه به مدرک تحصیلی دوره کارشناسی خود به عنوان انتخاب دوم (۵۲ رشته در این دسته قرار دارند) گزینش نمایند.
دوره کارشناسی ارشد MBA سومین مدرک در مدیریت کسب و کار به حساب می‌آید و اساساً برای ایجاد مهارت‌های مدیریتی در مهندسان رشته های مختلف به کار می‌رود.

تعریف و هدف از این رشته

دوره کارشناسی ارشد مدیریت سازمان که معادل Master of Business Administration MBA است به منظور پرورش مدیران کارآمد برای اداره سازمان‌های اقتصادی – اجتماعی، تولیدی و خدماتی طراحی شده است. رشته MBA یا کارشناسی ارشد مدیریت حرفه ای بازرگانی چنانچه از نامش پیداست تنها مدیریت بازرگانی نیست، از آنجا که در ایران آموزش مدیریت به سه شاخه بازرگانی، صنعتی و دولتی تقسیم می‌شود برای اکثر متقاضیان این گمان پیش می‌آید که MBA تنها در بر گیرنده مباحث مدیریت بازرگانی است و به طور مثال برای مدیریت صنعتی باید به سراغ رشته دیگری رفت در حالی که این تصور کاملاً اشتباه است. MBA مدیریت Business است و Business یعنی کلیه عملیاتی که از تولید تا فروش و خدمات پس از فروش کالا یا خدمات را شامل می‌شود و به صورت مکرر اتفاق می‌افتد. برای رشته MBA حدود ۳۰ گرایش مختلف در کشور های مختلف تعریف شده است. اما چهار گرایش اصلی این رشته که تقریباً در همه دانشگاه‌ها تدریس می‌شوند به شرح زیر است: ۱- بازاریابی و مدیریت فروش ( Marketing)
۲ – مدیریت مالی و مدیریت مؤسسات مالی (Finance)
۳ – مدیریت تولید و سیستم‌های تولید و پروژه (Operation)
۴ – مدیریت منابع انسانی (Human Resources)
امروزه حتی MBA با گرایش‌هایی مانند تجارت الکترونیک و فن آوری اطلاعات نیز ارائه می‌شود که نشان از انعطاف پذیری بالا و نیاز روز افزون به فارغ‌التحصیلان این رشته است.
متأسفانه امروزه بسیاری بدون توجه به محتوای MBA آن را با نام مدیریت سازمان می‌شناسند و تنها به بخش بسیار کوچکی از اهدافی که در این دوره بررسی می‌شود می‌پردازند. اگر بخواهیم تعریفی دقیق‌تر از اهداف MBA داشته باشیم باید توجه داشت که هدف این دوره پذیرش فارغ‌التحصیلان دوره های کارشناسی در رشته های مختلف به خصوص رشته های فنی و مهندسی و پرورش افرادی است که قادر باشند در زمینه های ذیل انجام وظیفه نمایند:
۱ – اداره و راهبری مؤثر و کارآمد سازمان یا یک بخش تخصصی از آن نظیر بخش‌های تولیدی، بازاریابی و فروش، اطلاعات و مالی
۲- ایجاد تحول در یک بخش تخصصی سازمان
۳- طراحی، هدایت و رهبری تحول در کل سازمان پس از کسب تجارب عملی در مدیریت
۴- کارآفرینی با ایجاد فعالیت‌های جدید در درون سازمان و یا ایجاد سازمان‌های جدید
۵- ارائه خدمات مشاوره ای و مطالعاتی در زمینه های مزبور به مدیران سازمان‌های اقتصادی و اجتماعی
این اهداف تقریباً” در تمام جهان یکسان هستند.
افرادی که در این دوره پذیرفته می‌شوند، حداقل دوره کارشناسی را در یکی از رشته های دانشگاهی گذرانده و با حوزه تخصصی دوره کارشناسی آشنائی پیدا کرده‌اند. این افراد پس از فراگرفتن دانش مدیریت و تمرین مهارت‌های مدیریتی در این دوره، نیروهای ارزنده ای خواهند شد که می‌توانند با ترکیب دانش تخصصی و مدیریتی خود در جهت تحقق هدف‌های بالا نقش مهمی در بهبود مدیریت جامعه ایفا نمایند.

دانشگاه‌های ارائه دهنده دوره MBA در ایران

در ایران چند دوره در مراکز زیر ارائه می‌شود که از طریق کنکور سراسری دانشجو می‌پذیرند:
۱- دانشگاه شریف:
دانشگاه شریف یکی از اولین و فعال‌ترین دانشگاه‌های ایران در توسعه این رشته است. رشته MBA در ۱۱ گرایش مختلف در این دانشگاه تدریس می‌شود و به دو روش دانشجو می‌پذیرد یکی به صورت رایگان که معمولاً ۵۰ نفر به این روش گزینش می‌شوند و دیگری به صورت غیر انتفاعی که در حدود ۷۰ تا ۸۰ نفر نیز از این طریق وارد این رشته می‌شوند و هزینه تحصیل برای این گروه قریب به ۹ میلیون تومان خواهد شد. کلاس‌های این رشته در دانشکده اقتصاد و مدیریت شریف برگزار می‌شود.
آنچه بعد از قبولی در هر دو روش اهمیت دارد لزوم شرکت در مصاحبه‌هایی است که از قبول شدگان انجام می‌شود. داشتن حداقل ۳ سال سابقه کار و سوابق اجرایی جالب توجه در کسب‌وکارهای مختلف نیز می‌تواند از جمله دلایل موفقیت شما باشد.
گرایش‌های یازده‌گانه دانشگاه شریف شامل موارد زیر هستند:
۱- عمومی
۲- فناوری اطلاعات(IT)
۳- فناوری
۴- بازاریابی
۵- تجارت
۶- مدیریت منابع انسانی
۷- کارآفرینی
۸- مدیریت استراتژیک
۹- اقتصاد مدیریت
۱۰- مدیریت پروژه
۱۱- مدیریت اجرایی(EMBA)

۲- دانشگاه تهران
دانشکده مدیریت دانشگاه تهران فقط در یکی از گرایش‌های MBA یعنی مدیریت اجرایی اقدام به جذب دانشجو می‌نماید. که از طریق کنکور سراسری اقدام به پذیرش دانشجو می‌کند. برای تحصیل غیر رایگان در دوره های نوبت دوم این دانشگاه باید در حدود ۶ میلیون تومان هزینه کنید.

۳- دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی
دانشکده مدیریت علامه طباطبایی نیز فقط در گرایش مدیریت اجرایی رشته MBA دانشجو می‌پذیرد؛ و وجه تمایز این دانشگاه در گزینش افراد شاغل با سابقه ۳ تا ۴ سال مدیریت است. که البته دوره های نوبت دوم در این دانشگاه هم با شهریه در حدود ۶ میلیون تومان برگزار می‌شود.

۴- دانشگاه علم و صنعت
دانشگاه علم و صنعت نیز از طریق کنکور سراسری و با دوره های رایگان و غیر رایگان اقدام به گزینش دانشجو می‌کند که البته گویا به زودی از طریق آموزش الکترونیک نیز در این رشته دانشجو خواهد گرفت که در حدود ۷ میلیون تومان هزینه در بر دارد. در این دانشگاه فقط گرایش مدیریت اجرایی تدریس می‌شود.

۵- سازمان مدیریت صنعتی
این سازمان با سابقه درخشان در زمینه آموزش‌های مختلف مدیریت در رده های کارشناسی و ارشد چند سالی است که دوره های MBA را نیز آموزش می‌دهد. این سازمان در گزینش دانشجویان خود قید ۳ سال تجربه کاری و مدیریتی را لحاظ کرده است و در حدود ۵ میلیون تومان شهریه از دانشجویان دریافت می‌کند. در این سازمان فقط گرایش مدیریت اجرایی تدریس می‌شود.

۶- دانشگاه علوم و فنون مازندران
این دانشگاه با همکاری دانشگاه ITTK هند دوره های بسیار خوبی را برای رشته MBA پیاده سازی و اجرا کرده است که در حدود ۶ میلیون تومان برای تحصیل در دوره های غیر رایگان آن باید هزینه کنید.

۷- دانشگاه کیش

۸- دانشگاه مالک اشتر

۹- دانشگاه شاهرود
تحصیل در رشته MBA در سه دانشگاه ذکر شده در حدود ۴ میلیون تومان برای شما هزینه در بر دارد. البته دانشگاه مالک اشتر تعداد معدودی را نیز به صورت رایگان پذیرش می‌کند.

۱۰- دانشگاه آزاد:
دوره های MBA این دانشگاه در واحد علوم و تحقیقات ارائه می‌شود و گرایش آن نیز مدیریت اجرایی می‌باشد.

طول دوره MBA

دوره کارشناسی ارشد MBA به صورت کارشناسی ارشد ناپیوسته و آموزشی است. این دوره به نام دوره MBA در اکثر نظام‌های آموزش عالی کشورهای پیشرفته و در حال توسعه ارائه می‌شود. با توجه به اینکه فارغ‌التحصیلان رشته های مختلف و به خصوص رشته های فنی و مهندسی وارد این دوره می‌شوند و باید با مبانی و اصول مدیریت علمی و دانش روز مدیریت در حوزه های مختلف آشنا شوند، طول دوره حداقل ۲ و حد اکثر ۳ سال بوده و تعداد واحدهای لازم برای فارغ‌التحصیل شدن بر خلاف سایر فوق لیسانس‌ها که ۳۶ واحد است ۵۸ واحد درسی است. بنابراین دانشجویان این دوره، مانند سایر دانشجویانی که در سایر نقاط جهان در این رشته به تحصیل می‌پردازند، برای تکمیل دوره خود در طی ۲ سال یا ۴ ترم باید به طور متوسط در هر نیمسال تحصیلی حدود ۱۴ واحد درسی را بگذرانند. به این لحاظ دوره کارشناسی ارشد MBA، دوره سنگین و پر کاری است و دانشجویانی که وارد این دوره می‌شوند باید از لحاظ استعداد و فرصت مطالعه و تحصیل در وضعیت خوبی قرار داشته باشند.

زمینه های فعالیت فارغ‌التحصیلان MBA

فارغ‌التحصیلان این دوره با فراگیری دانش و فنون مدیریت و البته کسب تجربه عملی، قادر خواهند بود در زمینه های ذیل فعالیت نمایند:

  • اداره امور واحدهای ستادی سازمان‌های تولیدی و اجتماعی در جهت کمک به مدیران این سازمان‌ها برای اداره مؤثرتر سازمان‌های خود
  • اداره و راهبری مؤثر و کارآمد یک سازمان یا یک بخش تخصصی از آن نظیر بخش‌های تولید، تحقیق و توسعه، مالی، فروش، پرسنلی و اطلاعات
  • ایجاد تحول در یک بخش تخصصی سازمان با تجدید تشکیلات، رویه‌ها و شیوه های اداری آن بخش
  • کارآفرینی در یک سازمان برای شروع فعالیت‌های جدید یا ایجاد و اداره سازمان‌های جدید
  • طراحی تحول در کل یک سازمان و رهبری و هدایت تحولات کلی بعد از کسب تجربیات مدیریتی
