موفقیت در کسب‌وکار، تنها نیازمند ایده‌های فوق‌العاده و اخلاق کاری حرفه ای نیست، بلکه نیازمند افراد مناسب و شایسته نیز هست. برای اینکه بتوانید با دیگران به‌خوبی کار کنید، لازم است که در رهبری و مدیریت به یک آدم حرفه‌ای تبدیل شوید. در این مقاله نکاتی را بیان می‌کنیم که برای تبدیل‌شدن به یک رهبر و مدیر خوب، باید درنظر بگیرید.

۱. هرگز تسلیم نشوید

این توصیه‌ای کلیشه‌ای است، اما بهترین چیزی است که می‌توانم به شما بگویم. کارآفرینی برای افرادی که مصمم نیستند و سخت کوشی به خرج نمی‌دهند، اصلا مناسب نیست. کارآفرینی برای افرادی مناسب است که توانایی‌ها، ایده‌ها و اعضای گروه‌شان را باور دارند. رهاکردن یک پروژه، چه کوچک باشد و چه بزرگ، نه‌تنها برای خودتان، بلکه برای کسانی که رهبری آنها را برعهده دارید نیز زیان‌بار است.

 

۲. اطرافیان شما همه‌ی دارایی‌تان هستند

اگر کارمندان و همکاران شایسته‌ای نداشته باشید، اجرای یک ایده‌ی خوب صدها برابر دشوارتر می‌شود. بهترین افراد ممکن را برای اجرای پروژه‌تان پیدا کنید و بعد همه‌ی تلاش‌تان را به‌کار بگیرید تا آنها را نزد خود نگه دارید.

 

۳. هم رهبر باشید و هم شاگرد

در موفق‌ترین ارتباطات حرفه‌ای، افراد از احترام متقابل برخوردارند و همواره در حال یادگیری هستند. به‌عنوان یک رهبر ممکن است وظیفه‌ی شما این باشد که توانایی‌ها و دانش گروه‌تان را افزایش بدهید، اما باید به همان اندازه از آنها نیز چیز‌هایی یاد بگیرید.

 

۴. قوی باشید نه خونسرد

مردم رهبرانی را که به خودشان اعتماد ندارند، به‌سختی باور می‌کنند. حتی در زمان‌های بی‌ثباتی تلاش کنید مثبت اندیش و با اعتماد به نفس باقی بمانید. داشتن شک‌وتردید در انتخاب‌ها و اعمالی که انجام می‌دهید، نه‌تنها روی نگرش خودتان تأثیر منفی می‌گذارد بلکه نگرش اعضای تیم‌تان را نیز خراب می‌کند.

 

۵. یک کسب‌وکار در حال رشد، به افراد در حال رشد نیاز دارد

تقریبا همه‌ی افراد در حال رشد هستند اما یک تجربه‌ی حرفه‌ای مثبت نه‌تنها شامل توسعه می‌شود بلکه رویکرد مثبت به رشد و یادگیری نیز لازم دارد. از اشتباهات کوچک چشم‌پوشی کنید و تلاش کنید به اعضای گروه‌تان درس بدهید نه اینکه آنها را به‌خاطر خطاهایشان سرزنش کنید. به افرادتان فرصت یادگیری بدهید تا به اشخاص بهتری تبدیل شوند. توجه داشته باشید که شاید شما رهبر خوبی باشید اما همیشه می‌توانید به رهبر بهتری تبدیل شوید.

۶. شکست یک واقعیت است؛ با آن کنار بیایید

هیچ کسب‌وکاری را به‌یاد نمی‌آورم که در دوره‌ای شکست نخورده باشد. به جای اینکه شکست‌های دیگران را مطالعه کنید، به آن همچون تجربه‌ای برای یادگیری و فرصتی برای رشد نگاه کنید. دست‌کم به این دلیل که افراد شکست‌خورده‌ی زیادی را دیده‌اید، پروژه‌تان را رها نکنید.

۷. مدیریت افراد در دوران تغییر سخت‌ترین کار شماست

در تغییرات فردی و محیطی، افراد شما دوران سختی به‌منظور مطابقت با محیط خواهند داشت. صبور باشید و توجه داشته باشید که کسب‌وکارتان هنوز نیازمند سرسختی شماست. انعطاف‌پذیر باشید اما به هر چیزی تن در ندهید. یافتن روشی برای حفظ تعادل میان این موارد یکی از سخت‌ترین کارهایی است که تاکنون برعهده داشته‌اید.

۸. یک ماهی بزرگ در برکه‌ای کوچک شانس بیشتری برای موفقیت دارد

اگر به‌اندازه‌ی کافی قدرت نداشته باشید نمی‌تواند جمعیت زیادی را مدیریت کنید. پس شرایط را برعکس کنید. مسئولیت گروهی که توان مدیریتش را ندارید، برعهده نگیرید و اقتدار خود را همراه با احترام به دیگران حفظ کنید.

۹. در یک چیز بهترین باشید و پس از آن به‌دنبال گسترش توانایی‌هایتان بروید

ترجیح می‌دهید که در یک چیز بهترین باشید یا در زمینه‌های مختلف عملکرد متوسطی داشته باشید؟ احتمالا مورد اول بهتر است. زمانی‌که کار خود را تازه شروع کرده‌اید، تلاش کنید کسب‌وکارتان در یک حوزه‌ی خاص بهترین باشد. پس از اینکه در آن حوزه، بهترین عملکرد را داشتید می‌توانید وارد حوزه‌های دیگر شوید.

۱۰. برای موفقیت در سطح ملی باید گروه بسیار خوبی داشته باشید

رقابت در سطح ملی بسیار شدید است و استعداد حرف اول را می‌زند. ممکن است بتوانید با یک گروه درجه‌ی دو در شهر خودتان عملکرد خوبی داشته باشید اما در سطح ملی موفقیت چندانی نصیب‌تان نمی‌شود. درنتیجه لازم است انرژی کافی بگذارید و یک گروه عالی ایجاد کنید که در آن استعدادها، شخصیت‌ها و تمایلات مختلف وجود داشته باشد اما یک هدف مشترک را دنبال کنند

۱۱. افراد و فعالیت‌هایی را که جلوی رشد شما را می‌گیرند، سریع رها کنید

هیچ دلیلی ندارد که افراد و پروژه‌هایی را که مانع پیشرفت کسب‌وکار شما می‌شوند حفظ کنید. اگر گرایش و توانایی‌هایی یکی از افراد مناسب نیست و نمی‌توان آن را اصلاح کرد، بگذارید از کسب‌وکار شما خارج شود. همچنین فعالیت‌هایی را که مناسب کسب‌وکارتان نیستند، رها کنید.

۱۲. فروتن باشید

خودخواهی را با رهبری اشتباه نگیرید. قدرتمندی برای موفقیت کلیدی است اما زورگویی نه. فروتنی پیشه کنید و رهبری باشید که افراد با رضایت و خوشحالی از او پیروی می‌کنند.

۱۳. برای جلب اعتماد دیگران، مدیری تلاشگر باشید

رهبری فوق‌العاده تنها این نیست که روی صندلی خود بنشینید و دستور بدهید. بلکه یک رهبر خوب درگیر کار می‌شود و ذهنش را هوشیار نگه می‌دارد. درواقع شما باید سخت‌کوش‌ترین فرد درون سازمان‌تان باشید. به این ترتیب به کارمندان‌تان نشان می‌دهید که کار کردن در شرکت شما چگونه است و می‌توانید یک رهبر کارآمد و مؤثر باشید و رابطه‌ی بهتری با اعضای گروه‌تان داشته باشید.

۱۵. حریص نباشید

شاید این نکته بدیهی به‌نظر برسد، اما رهبران بسیار زیادی بوده‌اند که اجازه داده‌اند حرص کنترل آنها را دردست بگیرد. هنگام صحبت درباره‌ی پول، قدرت و منابع حریص نباشید. همچنین مسئولیت گروه بزرگی را که از مدیریتش ناتوانید، نپذیرید. به‌عنوان فردی حرفه‌ای حریص‌بودن برای‌تان چندان جذاب نیست و در درازمدت نیز به کسب‌وکارتان آسیب می‌زند. درعوض برای اشتراک آموخته‌هایتان از کسب‌وکار تلاش کنید و از چیزهایی که در اختیار دارید، برای برقراری ارتباطات بهتر با دیگران بهره ببرید.

۱۶. اجازه ندهید دیگران کار شما را خراب کنند

مسئولیت پیروزی و شکست کارهایتان را خودتان برعهده بگیرید. زمانی که قرار بر شکست شماست، بهتر است با تصمیم خودتان شکست بخورید. به‌خاطر شکست‌تان دیگران را سرزنش نکنید، بلکه خودتان پاسخ‌گو باشید.

۱۷. اگر احساس می‌کنید کسی از کار با شما سود می‌برد احتمالا احساس‌تان درست است

بسیار ساده است؛ اگر کسی به شما لطفی می‌کند و در ازای آن از شما درخواستی ندارد، معامله با او را متوقف نکنید و رابطه‌ی دوطرفه‌تان را حفظ کنید. چراکه به احتمال زیاد شما کسی هستید که می‌توانید به او سود برسانید. همچنین اگر متوقف‌کردن کار با او به نفع گروه و شرکت‌تان است، از قطع همکاری با او ترسی نداشته باشید.

۱۸. با توجه به شرایط، مدیرعاملی منحصربه‌فرد باشید

سازمان‌های مختلف به مدیرعامل‌های مختلفی نیاز دارند. سبک های رهبری به اندازه‌ی سازمان، گروه، اهداف و صنعت بستگی دارند. اگر می‌بینید که یک مدیر عالی به شیوه‌‌ای متفاوت از شما رهبری می‌کند نگران نشوید، احتمالا شرایط کاری شما با او کاملا متفاوت است.

۱۹. ساختن، بهبود بخشیدن و اشتراک چشم‌اندازتان بسیار مهم است

با رشد شرکت‌تان باید چشم‌انداز شما نیز رشد کند. اجازه ندهید خودتان و گروه‌تان به اهداف ایستایی که پیش‌ از این به آنها دست پیدا کرده‌اید، راضی شوید. اجازه‌ی توسعه‌ی چشم‌اندازتان را بدهید و آن را با افرادی خاص درمیان بگذارید.

۲۰. مثبت باشید

مسیر پیش روی شما پستی و بلندی‌های بسیاری دارد. هیچ‌کس دوست ندارد از رهبری بداخلاق پیروی کند، درنتیجه، بدون توجه به موانع موجود در سر راه‌تان مثبت باشید و همیشه لبخند بزنید.

ممکن است رهبری عالی یا مدیری فوق‌العاده باشید اما احتمالا هر دوی آنها نیستید. زمان تجربه‌ی کارآفرینی، می‌آموزید که چگونه گروه‌هایتان را به‌خوبی مدیریت و رهبری کنید. اما لازم نیست مانند من ۱۸ سال صبر کنید تا این مهارت‌ها را بیاموزید.
